Dar POP day

morning met his mum at yew tee,
and took bus to their unit
the ceremony started ard 9.15am

Balancing Act

Exercising BEFORE a meal burns more calories
Reason: When blood sugar is low,
your body draws on stored fat for energy.
Still, you don't want to exercise on an empty stomach
and risk fainting. So if you plan a 30 min workout,
take a high-carbohydrate snack of 100-200 calories
45 min beforehand. It's sustaining enough.
Then have your breakfast, lunch or dinner
AFTER the workout - but again keep it light
or all your efforts would have gone down the drain.

BACK TO POST...

well... where should i begin...

was busy working and doing FYP stuff

Fajar clinic:
the latest full time quit,
need us to cover morning and afternoon shifts
when not working, need to do FYP stuffs
HAIX...

Beo clinic:
Decided to quit next month,
even though doc wanted to rise my pay
female doc angry cox Hoon dun wan to work night too
i was super angry!!
she's not the one that is paying me;
when i work, she find me slow;
is like whatever i do, she's not happy with
so now i quit, she also not happy
This Makes Me Hate Beo Clinic More!!!
dun wanna talk abt this anymore,
it's just make mi more angry...

On the 6th Mar,
went out wif angels to Vivo
bought shir present, treated elaine lunch (belated bdae)
went to catch a movie, 10 000 BC
is nice and sad at the end
nice show thru out =)
window shopping...

elaine went for IT fair
dinner with shir aft dat,
Mache, mi ate a cake
aft that went home
nice day with them ^-^

went for movie with dar to vivo too
lunch at Kim Gary,
he ate lunch set, me ate bread
haha cost quite a sum...
walk walk ard and went for movie, The Water Horse

went to Keat Hong to collect his army clothes,
dinner at there too, FULL
went back hm aft dat

Today worked at Beo,
locum doc, still lots of patient
luckily fin work on time
went to Bukit batok to buy Breadtalk
haha 3 plus went out wif him and his family
his bro bought a new fone,
aft dat, went for dinner at West Coast, Sakura
ate till super FULL!!!
went back hm

Coming wks will be busy i suppose...
work, fyp, work, fyp...
haix... juz hope i got time to rest...
